(1) Melt chest preparation
(2) Before feeding, the oven should be completed and all the charge materials should be prepared
Furnaces that have been newly built, overhauled or shut down must be baked before production
(2) Ingredients and preparation
1. The selection of raw materials must be strictly controlled;
2. The raw materials required for batching, including aluminum ingots, magnesium ingots, silicon metal, intermediate alloys and other components must be clear, and those without clear marks must be sampled to verify the ingredients before they can be used;
3. First-class scrap: ingot cutting head, cutting tail, casting residual aluminum in the furnace in the casting workshop of our factory, composition analysis and low-confidence sampling;
4. Aluminum ingot: grade not less than 99.9%;
5. Self-made Al-Si intermediate alloy, each furnace has laboratory component value;
6. Copper, chromium, iron, manganese, titanium and other metal additives, respectively according to the percentage content provided by their suppliers;
7. The above content of raw materials must be dry, clean, no water, soil, oil, etc.
(3) Requirements for the use of raw materials and auxiliary materials
1. Aluminum ingot Al 99.90% or more, aluminum-silicon alloy grade 3 or above, magnesium ingot grade 3 or above, nitrogen 99.99%, aluminum titanium boron wire containing titanium 5% or more, slagging agent, refining agent, ceramic filter plate must meet the relevant regulations;
2. The state of addition of raw materials: Mg- in the form of pure magnesium Si – in the form of intermediate alloy Ti- in the form of aluminum-titanium boron wire
