2. Use matters:

2.1 Adding temperature: >730°C.

2.2 The reference dosage of this product is calculated according to the following formula:

Note: Due to the difference between the user and the metallurgical conditions in the furnace, the actual yield and the actual addition amount should be calculated and determined based on the test data before the furnace.

2.3 Adding method:

After melting in the furnace, stir it evenly, take a sample and analyze it to calculate the amount of manganese agent added. When the melting temperature is reached, remove the dross on the surface of the melt, and disperse the product into various parts of the molten pool (if iron and copper agents need to be added, they can be added at the same time). After the reaction is complete, stand still for 5 minutes; fully stir, then stand still again for 20-30 minutes; melt completely, take samples for analysis, and then transfer to the next process if the ingredients are qualified.

3. Packaging and storage

20kg-25kg/box, plastic film or aluminum foil packaging, strictly prevent moisture, because the metal powder contained in the additive is highly active and easy to oxidize, and the flux contained in it is easy to be damp, the surface of the additive is oxidized after being wet, and in severe cases, there will be pulverization, which will affect the actual yield,or even invalidated.

4. Shelf life

Eight months, can use it directly after opening the box.
