Application: Lining of aluminum melting furnace
Integral casting metallurgical furnace technology is a metallurgical furnace masonry method in which refractory castables are used to cast refractory materials for the furnace body at one time. The characteristics of this technology lie in its good structural integrity, no brick joints, and high overall strength, so the furnace body has a long service life. Try this technology on some furnace bodies in the domestic non-ferrous metallurgical industry. The working temperature of the circular furnace is as high as 1200℃, and the working temperature of the static furnace is as high as 1000℃. Circular furnace adopts furnace top uncovering and feeding, small furnace is manual slag removal with three furnace doors, and large furnace is mechanical slag removal operation with two furnace doors. The raw materials are aluminum ingots, scrap cast bars, scrap profiles and cast-rolled aluminum coils. Each static furnace also has two furnace doors for slagging and refining operations. In the past, the furnace body was made of refractory bricks, and some parts were easily damaged, thus affecting the life and production efficiency of the furnace body. In the construction of Zhengzhou website, the aluminum melting furnace is partially poured with refractory castables to improve the overall service life of the furnace body.
