Main Features

Control system: control system adopts Siemens PLC for logic control, AB car and main cabinet are equipped with a CPU( total have 3 CPU)for logic control, 3 CPU exchange data through wireless communication, the status and fault display of two traction heads can be monitored to the touch screen at anytime. The traction head drive system has a variety of options: a is the Mitsubishi A840 vector frequency converter drives the frequency converter to drive the puller; b is Bosch rexroth VF5610 international version vector frequency converter drive frequency conversion motor drive puller:c is adopts Siemens V90 series servo driver to drive Siemens servo motor to drive puller Three schemes have advantages and disadvantages, use frequency converter cost lower, simple operation and maintenance and the torque control precision is not as good as the servo controller. The cost of using servo drives is high, and need the professional technicians for operation and maintenance. Later maintenance costs more, the order period is longer so affecting production.

Compared with the Mitsubishi converter and Bosch rexroth converter, the Bosch low speed torque is better, especially when the traction speed in the low status, still can be operation stable, unlike Mitsubishi frequency converter low speed without encoder will shake, the profile will appear wavy ripple.
